Are you getting too many advertisement popups from mtn5.goole.ws and popup.adv.net ?

Have you tried every malware or virus removal tools and still can’t get rid of the popup virus?

Download and try this removal tool over here:

Link 1: http://www.malwareteks.com/request11.html

Link 2: http://downloads.malwareteks.com/FixIEDef.exe

This tool removes the following:
AntiSpyPro, Antivirus 2010, Files Secure, IE AntiSpyware, IE AntiVirus, IEDefender, Malware Bell, Malware Protector 2008, RichVideoCodec, Total Secure 2009, “Fake Alerts” generated by Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Delf and Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Delf from the system.

For more information, read the instructions at http://www.malwareteks.com/FixIEDef.php

After that I suggest doing this:

Additional Steps To Clean It Once And For All!
1. Click Windows menu go to Start > Run or search box
2. Type “cmd” (if you’re using Vista, just type CMD in the search box)
3. This will bring up the command or DOS window
4. Now type “ipconfig /all”
5. The command will display the configuration of your LAN card and DNS information.
6. Look under DNS Servers. It should look something like this:
0.255.122.15
85.255.112.35
85.255.112.72

These entries are the exploiter: 85.255.112.72 and 85.255.112.35 !!

( A proper DNS entry assigned by your ISP would be like this – 52.69.254.141 or 83.16.21.25 )

7. Type “ipconfig /release”
8. Then type “ipconfig /renew”
9. Then type “ipconfig /all” to view the DNS server results again.

This will work if you are directly connected to the Internet through a broadband modem.

IF you are using a Router that connects to the Internet, then you need to fix the router first before doing it for your PC. If not, the DNS entries will overwrite itself again and your entire network (if you are fixing a whole office).

Here’s How to Fix the Router and Your PC:
1. Go to the administration of your router. Usually through your web browser.
2. Set all DNS entries to zero or 0.0.0.0.
3. Do a DHCP release and renew.
4. Do the earlier cleaning steps for your PC.

It worked for me and my office and notebook. TELL me if it doesn’t work.

IF you are behind a network or at office, you may need your IT administrator to help you.

For future protection of your browser, install the NoScript Addon for Firefox.

The above steps safely removed the goole.ws and popup.adv.net from my system. Hope it removes whatever virus or trojan for you too.
